3 Cheese Artichoke Spinach Dip
  • 1 14oz can of Reese® artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped.
  • 1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed, rinsed, squeezed dry, and finely chopped.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups coarsely grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

In a bowl, combine all ingredients stirring well. Transfer artichoke mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Serve warm with crackers, crudettes, etc…
